Fixed-Price Websites from US$800, Paid in Instalments

Our websites are fixed-price packages, so you know the total before work starts. Starter, up to 5 pages, is US$800. Business, up to 8 pages with a blog, is US$1,200. Professional, up to 15 pages with online payments or bookings, is US$1,800. Enterprise, unlimited pages with e-commerce or multi-language, is US$2,800. You pay 30% to reserve your start date and the rest in instalments as milestones are delivered. All prices are in US dollars; this page shows them in your local currency as an indicative conversion.

Starter sites launch in 2–3 weeks, Business in 3–4 weeks, Professional in 4–6 weeks and Enterprise in 6–10 weeks, counted from the day the advance is paid and the content plan is agreed. The biggest cause of delay is waiting for text, images and approvals, so we agree a content deadline with you at the start.

You pay 30% up front to reserve your start date, and the remaining 70% in instalments as each milestone is approved: design, build, and launch. A Starter site is usually two instalments after the advance; an Enterprise site three or four. The exact schedule is written into your proposal before you pay anything, and the site goes live on your domain once the final instalment is paid.

Everything, in your name. The live site on your own domain and hosting, the complete source files or CMS admin login, all design assets and images, analytics and search console access, and a recorded handover session showing you how to update the site. Nothing stays on our accounts, so you can move the site or hire anyone else to work on it at any time.

Yes. Business, Professional and Enterprise packages include a CMS, so you can edit text, images, blog posts and products without touching code. Starter sites are hand-coded for speed; small text changes are covered by a Website Care & Performance Plan, or we can add a CMS for a quoted fee.

We set them up for you, but the accounts are in your name and you pay the provider directly, typically US$5 to US$25 a month for hosting and about US$15 a year for a domain. This keeps you in control and keeps our pricing simple. We recommend providers based on your budget and location, and most Starter and Business sites run on free or very low-cost hosting.

Yes. A redesign uses the same packages and prices as a new build, chosen by the number of pages you need. We move your existing content, set up redirects from every old address so you keep your search listings, and can migrate a WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or Shopify site to a faster platform if that is the right call.

Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed work, software and security updates, SSL checks, off-site backups, uptime monitoring, bug fixes, a monthly content-edit allowance and a monthly report. Plans are prepaid with bonus months free: US$100 for 7 months, US$160 for 14 months or US$250 for 27 months for one website. Each additional website adds 33% of the one-site price, so two sites cost US$133, US$213 or US$333. The comparison table above lists exactly what each term includes.

Usually, yes. Run the free performance audit or send us the URL and platform, and we will confirm within one business day whether we can take it on. Sites with unresolved security problems or software several years out of date may need a one-off clean-up, quoted separately, before the plan starts.

The advance is fully refundable within 7 days if design work has not started. After that, any milestone you have paid for but we have not delivered is refunded in full, and work in progress is refunded for the part not yet done. Plans are refunded pro-rata for unused full paid months. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. The Refund & Cancellation Policy has the details.

Invoices are always issued in US dollars and paid online through our secure payment gateway with your normal card; your bank converts the amount. Prices on this page are automatically shown in the currency that matches your location as an indicative conversion, and you can switch currencies manually at any time.
